Luckily, I don't eat my feeling or stress, but rather will eat anything I can get my hands on (within reason) if no one is around. :P I'll just have to pick up where I left off on my hobbies and adopt a fitness regime as a new hobby, as well! It does seem a bit odd to me that we would have the same goal, given the height difference. And it's not so much the weight, it's the inches I want to lose. I realize that increasing muscle will increase weight. I'm just hoping that I can finally stick with this. With you around, I think it'll be easier, definitely. *^_^*Renee of the Faehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13081022805749169331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1980198949457903903.post-67107278453341995362011-04-10T20:51:48.631-04:002011-04-10T20:51:48.631-04:00well, FOR ME, i am just 5'3'' and at 1...well, FOR ME, i am just 5'3'' and at 148 right now. 147 is the lowest i've been for a long time (145 was my lowest, but i couldn't keep it once i stopped ...trying. when hanzo got sick and other things became more 'important'). My goal weight is about 130, but more importantly, my goal is to gain lean muscle and drop one more size (to an 8...right now i CAN wear 10s but have 12 b/c i'm too cheap to buy new just yet). I think once you start losing, and see how you feel, you will get to that point where you are comfortable, and you'll know. It is good to have a 'goal', but sometimes numbers can make everything seem harder and more unattainable.
what's helped me is to FEEL my muscles. when i'm working out...after...randomly during the day. when you start to feel how STRONG your body can be, the numbers don't matter as much and you just eat right and exercise b/c it makes you feel good.
130 could be your ideal weight...I just think you are so much taller that it seems weird that we would both weigh the same, but we have different bodie types.
you'll figure it out...i'll help when/where i can!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01692874116005248999noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1980198949457903903.post-52864963493798589772011-04-10T17:10:46.070-04:002011-04-10T17:10:46.070-04:00That's my "prescribed" goal. Having said that, and never having been taught how to eat and take care of myself in a healthy way, I don't know what my comfortable weight is; seeing as I have never gone a long period of time treating my body properly. :/ Any ideas?Renee of the Faehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13081022805749169331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1980198949457903903.post-54666425187813362872011-04-10T17:05:19.661-04:002011-04-10T17:05:19.661-04:00I'm so glad to help you in any way i can. you...I'm so glad to help you in any way i can. you know, though...my goal is 124-130...i'm much shorter than you...is that your 'prescribed' goal weight? or your PERSONAL goal? just curious, your goals are your own, for whatever reason, so you can answer or not. xoAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01692874116005248999noreply@blogger.com
